They work! My shoes do not slip off the back of my foot anymore. Some shoes are longer than my foot in my size and buying a smaller size is not an option. They stick to the back of the shoe and they do not move and I do not feel them back there. I would recommend these.

The color is as describe and the cushion is soft. They sticked to my shoes pretty well and I’m glad that I get to wear my shoes again with a small fix! Extra point for separated packages per pair.

These backings have a strong adhesive so they don't curl up while you're walking. The padding is thick and soft. Also, just a quick thought don't use them on heels or boots that have a heel/back zipper. Unless, the zipper is for looks and sewed in place and not to be zipper up or down. So far they pads have lasted a few months.

Perfect for someone with narrow heels. I lost 1/3 of my body weight and was shocked to discover my foot size had also decreased. Unfortunately, my shoes were now too small. These heel grips solved the problem. They are not too thick and adhere very well to my foot. High quality at a reasonable cost.

Easy to use, fits perfectly, stays in place and doesn’t slide around the back of your heel and has substantial padding so it feels comfortable while walking. Color blends in with my shoe and lasts.

These are very "poofy" and so add comfort to the heel area, but I had hoped they'd be better at preventing my heels from slipping out of the backs of my dress shoes. Not so good in that regard. Okay, just not stellar.

However, as I’m putting on my shoe, my sock catches on the edge and peels them off. I can reapply them, but eventually the adhesive wears off. Perhaps if they had a smoother texture my socked feet could slip in and out more easily and not peel them off.

I bought a pair of shoes thinking they were size 8. I am typically 8/8.5. It turns out they were size 9 and slid off my heels, I couldn't walk in them at all. Instead of taking them back, I thought I'd try these. I looked at the many available on Amazon and these had the best rating and seemed like they would accomplish my goal, and they did! I followed the advice of others in the reviews and put them in the heels of my shoes well before needing to wear them. I also put bag clips on them to hold them tight. It worked perfectly. I wore the shoes for around 4 hours, lots of walking and they didn't slip even once. Also, I have the added bonus of no blisters caused by new, stiff shoes, so it's a win all around! I am grateful I have another 3 pairs for the future.

These heel grips are very good, featuring a comfortable spongy feel, and are also wide enough to be effective, unlike some thin strips masquerading as heel grips!
