Okay so this is not the flimsy netting that you find on Amazon frequently nor is it the heavy duty super thick knotted nylon netting that cost $200. But I would say it may be the best value I have used in 15 years of raising chickens it's easy to work with it's very sturdy you can get it stretched pretty tight and it's fairly rectangular. When you start working with bird netting I recommend to mow the area and lay The netting out and stretch it out and see what you're working with because sometimes the cheap Amazon netting will end up almost being somewhat octagonal or circular but this stuff is much easier to work with and true to shape. It's worth what you pay and should last you I would say 5 years on the high side maybe three on the low side highest recommendation especially for the price you have to spend double the amount to upgrade to a better material from other vendors and it's not that much better just buy this it will work for you .

I ordered 2 50x150 nets for a large chicken run but the nets that came were more like 75x200 (unstretched). It's not a negative, I'm kind of glad I'll have extra to cut off to save for repair material in the future. The netting material resembles a strong fishing net.

I lost a silkie roo to a hawk, so wanted something for protection and they could still enjoy their freedom at the same time. The Harvesto net works great! It's a pretty thick net, it may be more expensive but it's worth the extra money because it last. I live in SW Louisiana and the weather gets rough, windy, rainy, and hurricanes, not to mention the heat. So far, it's held up! Have had limbs fall on it and still standing. I recommend Harvesto!!

First the positives...it really is great netting. The material it is made of is durable and withstands quite a lot of pressure/stretching. It doesn't tangle into itself (though it does snag on every wood splinter or staple stick out of the wood!) I used it as a "roof" on my garden to keep critters from climbing up and over my fencing.Unfortunately, this is where a couple negatives come into play. First and foremost, it was not the 50' x 100' that I ordered. My garden is 37' x 55'. It should have been PLENTY wide and I expected several feet extra on either side. We had 4 people stretching as hard as we could to make it reach across the 37' span. Even to the point of having to remove center posts that would have vaulted the netting up a few extra feet like I really wanted to do. It simply would not reach. Super disappointing. Also, we noticed multiple places the netting did not get twisted together to form individual little squares everywhere. So some places have "untied" squares leaving bigger openings in the netting. I will need to put a zip tie in every open spot in order to have good coverage everywhere. So though the quality of the netting is great, the smaller-than-expected size was the biggest issue for me and I would have returned it had I known.

Very satisfied. This is the second time I have purchased. The netting I got last year was still in new condition, we just expanded our enclosure so I went ahead and bought more so I didn’t have to piece together. Very satisfied. It is easier with two people stretching and putting it up. We used heavy zip ties to attach to top of fence panels. Nice and secure. For the price this is a great product.

it is a little bit of a trick to get this stretched out over a tree, chicken house, and a few tall weeds. i would suggest at least 2 people putting this up but I managed by myself. I believe the trick is to make sure the net is stretched into the proper shape that way it will reach the proper size. put the side on first and stretch it strait and you will have problems. Start in a corner and work both way at the same time shaping the holes properly so the net reaches properly.

We've got a lot of hawks and other birds of prey in our area, so we needed something to put over our chicken run. This stuff is fantastic. It came very well folded in its packaging and was easy to lay out. Putting it up took patience, but that's only because we were putting it over existing structures and it would catch. That's just going to happen, it's not the nets fault. If one were to put this stuff up first, it would be a piece of cake. Notable is the fact that despite catching on a lot of things, it never broke or ripped. Very durable and strong. Once we got it up above everything and were able to tighten it up, it looked really good. I pity the hawk or owl that doesn't see this thing.2022 Update: If I could give this net 6 stars, I would. It's still holding very strong and I have personally witnessed a hawk fly into it. We've also added three turkeys to our flock, and despite what we all learned on WKRP, turkeys CAN fly... right into the net. (We free range them now so they can get their energy out) Every time I've seen that happen, the bird didn't get tangled up and neither the net or the bird got hurt in the process. I won't go as far as to say that one of my brilliant turkeys could never hurt themselves on it, but I'm very happy thus far.
