Did it make my neighbors look at me like I was crazy? YesDid it solve my bird problem? Also yesIt lasted all summer so I’d say it was quite durable and it was much bigger than I expected so it easily covered my whole garden.

Netting is delivered as a rope that has to be stretched out, but the netting doesnt stay stretched and gaps open letting the birds in.

Robins were beginning to pick at our blackberry bushes and I worried about being on vacation (with no activity or dog in the yard) - afraid I'd come home to them picked clean. This netting did the trick. lightly laid it over the bushes and used a staple gun to secure it in a few places to the railroad ties along the edge of the garden area. Water and sunlight get through to the berries but the birds couldn't steal the fruit. Needed 2 people to stretch it out, but easy enough.

NOT VERY STRONG...You get what you pay for! When stretched out in width and length, it was less than 10 ftt by 24 feet.

Every year, I watch the blueberries getting ripe, and then when they turn red, the birds of squirrels eat the berries. This year, I bought this netting to use on the blueberry bushes, and we have been having blueberries every day now.I cut the netting into the right size to cover the top of the blueberry bush, and the ends of the branches hold the netting in place for the most part. The netting allows plenty of sunshine to get through and the berries ripen just fine, but the birds can only get to the ones that are at the very top of the netting, and i think the netting even stopped the birds from eating those berries. The netting is easy to cut with scissors, and stretches out to easily cover the individual plants. If a person had an actual row of berries, then you could stretch out the whole roll of netting over the row of berries, but mine are scattered here and there in my years, so I had to make a separate piece of netting for each plant.

Not only does it keep the birds from eating my cherries on my tree, it keeps the deer from chewing on the leaves

The 13ft width is only achieved by stretching the netting and leaving it stretched somehow. keep in mind when you stretch the netting one direction the other direction shrinks. When we stretched the width to try to get 13 ft, it relaxed back into shape about 6' wide. This is useless for us. It's like buying an advertised xx large shirt and finding out it's actually a small, but you're expected to stretch it to fit an xx large man. Kinda silly. You may be ok with it if you staple to or wrap it around a frame, but it tears very easily and isn't strong at all.
