I have owned Haynes manuals for every car and motorcycle I have owned over the past 40+ years. They are of variable quality. Some are good, most are adequate, some are horrible. This one is horrible. Recently there is a lot more boiler plate included which is generic to all vehicles. Just filler.As for this manual, which is supposed to cover the Nissan Rogue from 2008-2020. Basically it is pretty useless, leaving out important material ranging from very basic to complicated. For example changing the CVT fluid which is recommended every 30,000 miles (apparently not according to this manual). They say check the level with the drip stick. There is no dip stick on Rogues after 2014 (maybe previous?). Removing the filler cap on the Rogues and all Nissan requires the patience of Jove. There is a procedure for checking the fluid level in CVT which I read about for the Pathfinder and I assume is similar for the Rogues but it is not described in this useless manual.Furthermore the manual goes into detail on rebuilding the engine (who is going to do that on Modern engines, they last 200K and then you buy a new car), but they say that rebuilding the CVT is too complicated.The CVT is what will die after 100K and it is not more complicated that rebuilding the engine.So do not waste your money. Haynes get your act together and improve you manuals.If you need help go to youtube.
