The best source of information for your specific vehicle, if you dont subscribe to all data. defiantly a must have for a home garage or shop. step by step instructions to guide you through diagnostics and repair.

I love having a Haynes manual for any car i work on. They've always had all the information i'd ever need. I'd say I'm an above average DIY'er when it comes to diagnosing and fixing "modern" cars with plenty of wires and sensors and computers. Having an electrical engineering degree helps. But this manual has superficial (at best) wiring diagrams. And those diagrams are for lighting, stereo systems, AC, and a few other creature comfort things. Very little "meat" as far as true electrical diagrams. Definitely nothing that would allow me to diagnose an "electrical" issue with the engine. I needed the DPFE/MAP sensor plug pinout... yeup, not in there. This manual is very disappointing.

It has the basics you need for working on a Mustang, but I prefer the old style manuals that give you all the details. It is definitely helpful to have for the price.

Any car owner should have a Haynes manual. Unfortunately, newer cars may not be available (I spent hundreds on the dealer manuals for my Pontiac G8). Haynes vs. Chilton? No difference in my opinion. This book provides great info on maintenance as well as major tasks. Also gives the occasional trick which will save some time on maintenance. I just wish they gave part numbers to avoid the need to find these elsewhere.

Product was shipped promptly and as always Haynes does a great job. I would recommend this to any body that owns an 05-09 mustang.
