This product has a design flaw. The hinge runs very close to the terminals, meaning a wire that works its way loose over time or due to poor installation can easily cause a short across the terminals. Most inlets I have seen have the hinge and wires on opposite sides of the outlet.The plastic molding is also of a poor quality as the hinge area is already cracking and looks stressed before the first use.

Perfect replacement for a broken inlet. The electrical connections get moved from one pair of screws to another. Low voltage, no hazard.
