I thought I might have trouble finding a replacement for a broken vacuum cover plate. This fit perfectly in works great. Seems to be built just as sturdy as the original. The price was more than reasonable. The color matched it and my wife installed it before I got home. She said it took her about 2 minutes to install it, so it's very easy to replace.

These are generic but are exactly made to the same specs as the Beam inlet I replaced. The only thing missing is the Beam name on the flip up door.

This Central Vacuum Wall Inlet Valve Cover Plate works as advertised. Easy to install - connect the wiring, and secure the wall screws (mine came with two lengths to choose from).

I replaced several 35-year-old steel inlets with these. I was apprehensive due to the age of the old inlets but these were a perfect fit and 100% compatible with my old system. They work great. Should have done this years ago!

These ventral vacuum connections work very well; are better made than the originals they replaced, and take only moments to install. Even the accompanying screws line up the same.

It fits, but the plastic screws on the top are flimsy and will strip with virtually any applied torque.

It is a quick and easy upgrade from the old yellow central vac inlet plates.However, attaching the wires to the plates is tedious. Don't loosen them far enough and the wire does not wrap around the contact screw. Loosen it too far and the contraption springs apart. There is a very small difference between the two extremes. On one the pin fell out and was never to be found again, on another the spring would not go back in, rendering both plates useless.After replacing the two that I had wrecked on the first install attempt, they work great and a huge improvement on the look from the old plates. Since it does not seem likely they will need to be removed in the foreseeable future, all in all these are going to be great plates.
