I've been making Ebelskivers for a while now, but with a smaller pan. Technically I'm not sure if this is an Ebelskivers pan because they're a tad smaller, but the fact that I can make so many more at once is a game changer. Highly recommend.

I’ve enjoyed cooking with this pan so far. It’s great for saving on oil, and the heat distributes evenly, which makes cooking efficient. However, its small size means I often have to cook in multiple batches, which can be time-consuming.One concern I have is about the coating on the pan and how much, if any, might be absorbed into the food over time. If the seller could address this in future product updates or provide more details, it would be greatly appreciated.Overall, it’s a good pan with some room for improvement.

Very nice quality and it doesn’t stick! I wish it was a tad bigger but no big deal, diameter around 8.5 inches with 12 holes.
