This is an amazing pan!First, this is a beautiful pan in its design and manufacture. Feels good in the hand-heavier than I expected since it is titanium I thought it would feel lighter, but it is about the same weight as comparable style pans. The cover fits well and has a cool designed handle. Cooks really well. It is truly nonstick without any special coating and my wife really enjoyed her Chinese style cooking with this wok. Clean-up was a breeze as the surface was so slick.

This is a truly non-stick pan. It's so easy to cook and clean.The size is perfect, too. We have been using this for the past few weeks without any issues.

I'm extremely happy with this pan! It heats evenly without hot spots, and food doesn't stick when properly seasoned. The handle stays cool and provides a comfortable grip.
