Fill The Cracks/Holes
Step 1
Wipe the surface of the wooden furniture to be restored with a cleaning cloth to make it clean; Select the appropriate colors from the color palette, you may need to combine several colors in order to get as close to the original color as possible.
Step 2
Melt small portions of wax, and gradually fill the damaged section with melted wax until it is slightly overfilled.
Step 3
Allow the wax to cool off for 5-10s, after it has cooled off, carefully apply a small amount of pressure with the texture scraper to remove the excess. Use the cleaning cloth to remove any excess wax.
For Superficial Scratches
Step 1
Clean the wood surface and choose a touch-up marker of similar color. Repair the scratches with the touch-up marker.
Step 2
Wipe off excess repair pigment and let them dry.
Step 3
If needed, repeat steps 2-3 to deepen the color.

You can quickly melt the wax block at high temperatures and use different colors of wax blocks to mix the color you want.

Need to keep pressing the button?
No, you just need to slide the switch to ON, only needs 10-20 seconds to get heating. Do not touch the hot tip during use to prevent burns. Don’t push it down too hard while using let the hot tip do its job.
Is it suitable for repairing larger/deep scratches?
Yes. If you need to repair larger/deep scratches, you have to be patient while using them. Use the melting tool to melt more repair material to fill in the larger scratches; If you think this will take more time, then we suggest you use these repair wax sticks to fix some smaller/lighter scratches.
How should I use it? Will it be complicated?
No, it is easy to use.
The operation steps are as follows:
1. Clean the wood surface and choose a hard wax of the same or similar color.
2. Stick the masking tape next to scratches, and avoid dripping melted repair wax on areas that don't need to be repaired.
3. Install the battery on the correct poles, then slide the switch to ON, only needs 10-20 seconds to get heating. Melt the wax stick with the melting tool into the scuffs and scratches space.
4. Wipe up/scrape off the excess to smooth it out and wait for it to dry naturally.
If needed, repeat steps 3~4 to deepen the color.

This is a great repair set. I have used it on wood and vinyl flooring all repairs have held up so far for more then 2 months. Easy to use makes this a great tool to have for a quick scuff repair. Real world use

This product was difficult for me to use and didn't produced the results I was hoping for. The blending isn't perfect and not a great way to cover up a decent size area.

I used this to patch up a good size gap in a diy shelving project. I mis measured. It functions wonderfully! You find a matching wax color and use the melter to drip it onto the area your patching. Use the melter to shape the wax. Then use the markers to simulate the grain patterns in the wood. Knocked my socks off- it's almost impossible tell the reapir was there! Definitely a good value and seems to be durable to last. The colors were a good match for numerous projects. I recommend.

The product did not perform effectively on my floor, which is somewhat disappointing. Additionally, I received multiple messages from the seller, DX-Rising Star, inquiring with “issues with my order”. There was no problem from the seller they just used it as an excuse to make you read their message. Though the communication was well-intentioned, it became overwhelming. Unfortunately, since the product is no longer functional, I have decided to request a refund. It's important to have a balance between product quality and customer communication.

the kit was exactly as described, and was easy to follow the instructions. the only portion we used was the markers to recolor some worn sections of our floor. the color went on easy and seemed take hold and soak in easily and looked fairly decent when complete, however with a week most of the color had disappeared and with in a month it was completely gone. we used it on laminate flooring roughly 8 years old. not a bad kit but the markers did not work long term for us.
