These are wax. I used one to fill in a scratch on a buffet I bought. The color didn't match exactly, but it looks better than before. easy to use.

16 Colors Wood Filler Sticks with Knife, Scraper and Rag, Pletpet Wood Wax Crayons Furniture Wax: I was hoping that it would work on the scratches on my kitchen table which has a veneer sort of top. Unfortunately, it didn't really help. But it is made for solid wood furniture so I wasn't surprised. You can also hold the sticks next to a flame and melt it to fill holes in wood. There is a nice selection of colors to work with.
