There was supposed to be a scrapper in the kit - nopeThere are 10 colors listed, but only numbers on the crayons themselves. I never found a correlation between the numbers and colors. That mattered because I had to try 4 crayons before I got close with the color to my cherry dining room table. It lists a website of www.dewel.net - nope nothing there about furniture repair, just dog collars and a stand of some sort. These could be made by Seisso, but who knows. The box gives a phone number for customer service - in China. Finally I have small shallow scratches. This product didn't work on them at all. I'd rub it on, and it all came back off. Even though I can feel the scratches with my fingers. Some scratches are obvious, others barely there - I didn't repair any of them.

I got this mostly for filling nail holes on installed stained trims. Product worked as well as can be expected for a fill. I couldn’t get an exact match, but it’s still better than seeing unfilled holes. The instruction says to melt the crayon into the hole using a lighter, then smooth after the liquid solidified. I didn’t do that. I just pressed some of the crayon into the holes with my finger and buffed the excess off using a paper towel. Worked out well.

I used these wax sticks to fill in a couple of small dents in hardwood floors. After melting the stick, I used a small block of wood wrapped in a paper towel to smooth out the finish and remove excess.
