I ordered this Yullmu Hard Shell Camera Filter Case so that I can pack some filters in my checked baggage.It's hard enough to fit all of my camera geat into my travel pack, but the situation becomes untenable if I try to take my full kit for an extended vacation. There is simply no room left for accessories like filters. I would pack them in my checked baggage but I've always been concerned that they would be damaged. This case eliminates that worry.There are padded compartments inside this case that will hold up to 6 filters. The largest filters I own are 82mm but it will work for filters up to 95mm. The case is quite hard and I was able to stand on it without causing it to crush.

I have quite a few filters now, in a wide variety of sizes to suit my many lenses. The problem I have is storing the loose plastic boxes the filters tend to come in. Stacking them doesn't work because they are so easy to knock over. And larger boxes to store the smaller boxes is not only a lot of work and searching for the right filter...but it is surprisingly difficult to find the right size for this.So I saw this, and figured at the price point, it was definitely worth a try. And it was. The pockets are wide enough to hold the the lenses themselves, protected by the microfiber sides...or you can actually slip most of the standard square boxes right in there. Now...you might not want to use every pocket when doing it this way, but it is definitely an option.The one issue I have with it is the zipper...keeps getting caught on the overhanging fabric. It feels like it won't last through years and years of use, but rather something you may need to replace every few years. You'll have to decide on your own whether it is worth it. For me...this is sooo much easier to deal with, and slip my favorite lenses into my small bag so easily...I will use it until I can't, and get a new one. I may look for a nice quality build, but the idea is solid, and maybe I just got a bad zipper, I dunno. But I like it, and it is useful kit to me.
