These worked great to replace the lift motors on my lift chair for my van. I am inba wheelchair and the drivers seat in my van lifts up, turns to face the passenger seat and also slides back and forward to help with my transfer to the drivers seat. These motors worked good to do the lift part. They are a little slow compared to tge original ones which is why I gave them 4 stars. They are silent while working so that's a plus and a negative, since they are a little slower, it's hard to know they are working for a second after I flip the switch. They do lift the seat and me up with no problem at all. I am 6'1" 200lbs. So they have to lift me and close to 100lbs in seat and the seat base and lift mechanism.

I needed to replace the lift actuator on my John Deere Gator 4x2. It would of cost over $700. This was was cheaper and works just like the original (maybe just a little slower) This actuator has a lot of plastic so I doubt it will last more than 2 years or so but for the price it’s worth it.

I have used the actuators with the motors inline to the shaft for many projects and they have worked great. I was having trouble getting another one in a timely fashion so I ordered this 16" actuator. It was at my door in 2 days. The motor is more bulky and heavy but the design looks much more robust. Installation was easy. I can't get over how much quieter this perpendicular actuator is over the inline motor style. If noise is a factor in your project I highly recommend recommend this actuator. If it's not a factor I still recommend this. I use these to open and close chicken coop doors.

Very strong motor. Performs wellCertain components are not designed for the capacity of this unit.1) the clevis is very under designed bent after very little use. I had to make new clevis mounting brackets.2). The 10” actuating shaft is aluminum tubing, about 1/16” wall which is under designed in my opinion. Has not broken yet but I intend to watch it closely

. There is no HappyBuy brand nor is Happy Buy the designed or manufacturer of the linear actuator. The vendor is Vevo with warehouse 50 kn from my home. The resellers on Wish eBay and now Amazon have caused 95,,, % return of all products bought at significant time of weeks and PayPal involved Wish and eBay. At least Amazon made my returns easier. As former farmer rancher college professor electronics technology automation Instrumentation systems hydraulic pneumatic electromechanical technology equipment including linear actuators and 50 years sales of same I have experience and expertise. The design of the Vevo linear actuator 1. Drill end of aluminum rod mount hole 4 times pin size diameter and inserted steel bushing decreases rod strength by 75%. The mount rod end should be insert into rod inside diameter solid steel or aluminum depending upon maximum lifting weights specification. The foot pounds of lift force is max weight x stroke. There should be 50% additional weight force strength built into the specification of the linear actuator for safety. The rod mount should be drilled into the solid insert at specified stroke site. If the hole is greater than the pin inserted mounted to item to be lifted the difference between rod tip diameter mount hole and pin diameter must be of solid metal material. .Solid rod instead of Thom walked aluminum cylinder with threads for actuator inside rod should be tapped into solid rod. Attached top should be threaded into matching rod threads The bottom motor end attachment seems to be black plastic with rubber pin insert bushings that fell out and had to seek them. The rubber bushings for pins leave too much open space between drilled pin diameter and pin. The rubber bushings compact with Dide if mounting hole larger diameter than pin diameter. The mount at motor end must be high strength metal at minimum 1.5 times maximum weight strength in pounds per square inch as there are no backward foot pounds as bottom mount does not move back. The 6000N specification does not seem safely attainable by the pour mount rod and base ends.

This actuator is now the lift power for my Tractor Lawn Mower and now Snow Pusher. I added a Snow blade to my Tractor, but it came with a tall gangly manual lift 6" lifter rated 350lbs was just the answer to my prayers. Being on retirement now, I need to count pennies so I looked around and found you on the web. 20 fold cheaper than Hydraulics. An 10 times easier to install and maintain. It makes the same small adjustments as hydraulics would and I am happy.Yours,Harry Lamb

The actuator itself is very strong, however the brackets it comes with for mounting are crap. Depending on what you are going to use it for you will want to get thicker brackets. I used this actuator to modify a atv dump trailer to make it electric dump. Its a 1200lb capacity trailer and the actuator is rated for 1300lbs. IT WILL lift every bit of it too, but dumping 300lbs sheared the brackets it came with, I fabricated thicker ones and have continuously dumped 1000+lb loads of dirt all around my property. Its a little on the slow side, takes 30-45sec to fully extend. Its a really good value for the money though, but if you are going to use it in a heavy duty manor, upgrade your mounting hardware.
