My 4 year old grandson is a huge lover of trains. He liked the puzzle and we played games telling each other what ball to move and where. We also did patterns and separated the color balls. This is kept in the car for him to play with while traveling.

I love the size as it’s perfect for travel. I don’t love the there is really no objective to this toy. It has potential to serve better educational value, but It fell short in my opinion. There’s no where designated to move the balls so while it works on hand eye coordination it’s aimless.

Bought this as a Christmas gift and like many other toys it grabs attention for 5-10 mins which is okay with me.

This is a fun fishy magnet game with a handle-perfect for a toddler. I keep this in the diaper bags for times I need a quiet activity for my kiddo. Basic, no batteries required, and no screens-it gets the mama stamp of approval!

Got this as a "in the van" only toy for our 2 year old grandson who has to do a lot of riding along taking his big brother to and from school. He likes the fish maze and it is great as all the parts are contained. Easy for him to hold and use while in a car seat. Recommend!!!!

Bought when my son was 2 and he didn't play with it much. After sitting around collecting dust, he picked it up again now that he's almost 3 and he loves it! I think it's just that he can hold the stick and move the balls easier so it's more fun for him. A good quiet toy!

Me ha gustado mucho por el precio que tiene. Tamaño ideal para llevar de paseo o en el coche. Entretiene al niño unos 5-10 minutos según su paciencia.

Cute little train shape toy. The toy is very light and complete with handle for carrying around. The paint work is excellent with no chips or fading quite vivid colour. The pen is attached by string and can be slotted into the inbuilt pen holder. The magnet on the end of the pen is strong and the balls move around easily and fit easily through the maze as they are moved around. My son of 2yrs loves this toy and will spend some time exploring it. Great for early introduction to magnets, pen control and grip and tracing skills and having fun. Overall a good solid toy.

The pencil tool is magnetic and the balls are magnetic driven. It inspires tiny tot to develop fine muscle control and remote non contact functioning of magnetism. It is like magic to tiny tot.My 14 month old kid loves to scribble on it with magnetic pen.

This is probably better suited for older kids (like 4-5+) - but even then I don't see it holding their attention terribly long...like maybe 5-10min. My son is definitely not ready for it (he's almost 2) - he's semi-interested when I'm playing with it but the coordination just isn't there yet for him & he definitely doesn't understand the concept. It's basically exactly what you see in the pic, the wand is magnetic & there are little metal balls - blue & red - inside the maze (completely contained - so they won't make a mess or anything). The magnetic wand could probably use to be a touch stronger - but just barely - I imagine it's a delicate balance when it comes to that since if it's too strong it'll pull all the balls. It works best if on a flat surface - if you're holding it upright it struggles a bit to pull the balls too far. The string is a bit short for adult hands to easily use, but I imagine it's just right for the little hands (like I said - my son hasn't really used this much without my help).______________________________Update - My son is now 28mths old & he's now at the point where he can really use this. He doesn't separate the colors yet, but he does like to move all the balls into one location in the maze - and once he's done he makes me do it too. It is definitely something I can see that helps develop his coordination - but again - he still loses interest in this after about 10 minutes - at the absolute most (usually it's more like 5). He still likes to watch me do it too.I think the best age for this toy would be about 2yrs old - while they may not be able to use it quite yet at that age this can help encourage those skills. However I will admit - it's a bit pricey for something that only holds their attention for just a few minutes at a time.
