It doesn't work. The hand keeps dipping down and it's doesn't move as the way I wanted it to move. Don't waste your money, was excited and when I tried, it just a very disappointment

This has been a huge game-changer for my embroidery. I can adjust the arm to be where ever I need it to be and I can tilt it up and away when I'm not embroidering. You definitely need something nearby for it to clamp onto to get the full benefit of the arm. I tried my coffee table at first and it was too far away for my liking. And I can attach my magnetic needle minders to the arm and a key ring with my patterns right onto it. I also end up clipping my hair claws to the arm when I adjust my hair. So many uses and nothing seems to be loosening up even with all of the frequent adjusting I do.

I so wanted this to work for me. It would save my hands but the way it fits in the part that attaches to the table isnt sturdy enough at all. It causes the main arm to fall. It also makes it difficult to use in the way it's intended. I am giving this an over all 4 stars because regardless of the unsturdy bottom attachment to the arm. The overall product is of good quality. It's very well built. If that one part could be made better then this would be a godsend to an embroider.

I use two of these to hold my large cross stitch project. It took me about 8 minutes to set up. It’s not difficult to adjust to the ideal angles. I am very glad for this great tool to make my stitching life more enjoyable.01/28/25 update: decreased from 5 to 3 stars. The device cannot take heavier scroll frame I use therefore would drop slowly. I ended up propping each side of the scroll frame to hold it steady. On a budget, this works out fine for me.

While fairly easy to set up, I found myself constantly adjusting the height or the angle of the arm because my hoop would dip. There are too many things I have to fidget with in order to be comfortable. I switched back to my Dubko Table Stand right away but will keep this because it's lightweight and perhaps still useful on a motor holiday.

I liked the many ways you can adjust the stand. It's affordable. You can fold it down for storage easily and clamp it to tables. My problem was my stand's table clamp was poorly made and it broke.

I have 3 cross stitch stands. Hate them all. I bought 2 of these thinking I’d hate them too. I actually love them. Easy to set up at any angle you want. They stay in place. They tighten and loosen easily. No slipping or sliding. They can hold the weight.

Overall construction is poor, tin plate materials used make unsteady and bendy, joints are plastic/metal which do not lock as stated thumb screws poor quality plastic difficult to use, only suitable for smaller hoops projects anything above that weight, makes it drop down annoyingly and the joints unlock.
