This fermentation crock is made from Korean Onggi identity with redclay and pine-leaf ash. This is a genuine handmade ceramic jar made by a native Korean Onggi potter in Stedman, North Carolina. As a traditional Onggi feature, it is also made for specificially fermentation process, then cutomers will enjoy making the perfect fermentation foods such as Kimchi, Pickle, Sauerkraut, wine, etc. In addition, the water sealing on rim and lid is added for better functional ability as well.
