I bought this to replace another shower head that went kaput in only about a year. I also bought the 12" extender. I removed the water saver piece of plastic and installed it using some plumber's tape, and I've been using it for several months now without a hitch. My previous shower head was smaller and the water pressure was a little more than I liked, but this one is about perfect. It seems to be well made and I expect it to last for a long time. I would recommend it to a friend.

Sturdy and it means business! I paired it with the company’s shower head duo. A lil tricky to install, you have to unscrew the torque and pull the knob out in order to get the arm positioned where you want it, watch their YouTube video, I had to look several times to fully understand the mechanism 😅. I did the install all by myself (handy wifey here) so I know any one is capable! My husband and I are happy😊 got it today, installed it and wrote this review 🤪great product!

Bought this & the rain shower head that attached to my existing shower connection. It’s also adjustable for the angle of the shower head. Both look great & no demo needed. So far, very happy.

I am a mechanic, and I am constantly let down by product quality. Not this piece! It is so well made. For the first time in decades, I feel like I bought a Mercedes Benz S-Class for the price of a Toyota Corolla. This extension is a hefty chunk of solid brass with an astonishingly beautiful chrome finish; knobs sturdy enough for an aircraft; fantastic, spinning nut with set screws and great washers; and an ingenious alligator tooth locking system that is adjustable and holds the extension at exactly where you set it. I don't know how they can make money at this, but I am glad they are. I would have paid $150 for something this high quality. I just ordered a second one.

I installed and tested the extension head in about 10 minutes. The item comes with all necessary components except the pipe wrench and clear, easy instructions. Straightforward and no leakage! It is a very sturdy piece that I expect to last a long time. A simple conversion that enhances the shower experience. I really love it.

This is my third time ordering something from this company and, as was the case the previous times, this item is extremely well made and rock solid. It functions exactly as advertised and comes in the same excellent packaging that they are known for. It is strong and holds its position with no issues. Cheap? No. Functional? Absolutely.
