Introducing the Hamlin 55100-3H-02-A Hall Effect Magnetic Sensor, a precision measuring instrument designed for a wide range of applications. This sensor is capable of measuring magnetic fields up to 130 Gauss and features an impressive sensing distance of 12.5 millimeters. Its compact dimensions, measuring just 11 millimeters in width, 25.5 millimeters in length, and 3 millimeters in height, make it an ideal solution for space-constrained applications. The sensor is built with high-quality copper and features a flange mount for easy installation. It offers a measurement accuracy of +/- 3% and operates on a maximum supply voltage of 12 volts of direct current. The sensor is unaffected by harsh environments and can operate in both static and dynamic magnetic fields. Its output type is voltage, and it boasts a high switching speed of up to 10kHz. With a long life of up to 20 billion operations, this sensor is built to last. Its integral reverse/over-voltage protection and built-in temperature compensation make it a reliable choice for a variety of applications, including position and limit sensing, RPM measurement, flow metering, commutation of brushless DC motors, angle sensing, and magnetic encoders.

Used this to replace a failedsensor on commercial water heater. Fan worked but heater errored no fan speed detected. Save customer from a new blower

Just be careful when attaching to your project or device that you do not over tighten. The "bracket" area around the screw hole with crack or snap off.

I used this in a very tight space to measure the speed of a lathe. I attached it with epoxy to the wall of the casting, then embedded a magnet in the pulley of the lathe. It works great!

I expected two because i failed to scrutinize the product listing before purchase. Don't make the same mistake.

Bought 2 of these because they looked high quality. One worked when checked on the bench, then quit when I put it on my engine for measuring RPM. The other one didn't work at all. Because I was past the 30 day return policy, Crimp Supply Inc. would not refund. Pretty crappy warranty! Will buy the cheap sensors and they will probably work fine.
