Read reviews on people saying items stick. Well if you don't know how to use or season a cast iron pan you will struggle. I love the cooking surface. I can see this thing lasting awhile. Love that you can remove the cast iron to clean. I keep mine seasoned and clean regularly. Breakfast every morning on it. Best kitchen appliance i bought.

This is the best griddle I use it all the time works great and cooks great heavy duty. Took me a while to buy it because it was out of stock all over but when it came back in stock I ordered it and don't regret it one bit. I recommend this griddle hands down.

Works great. Good even heat. Quality is excellent. Just make sure to season it before using it. It says that it is pre-seasoned if it is it's not good enough

Absolutely love this cast iron griddle. Heavy duty (emphasis on heavy!!) and easy to regulate temperature across the entrie griddle. Cleaning isn't too bad if you remember it's cast iron. The drip tray is huge.

Great cast iron electrical grill. I find it much more practical to use than throwing a cast iron grill on a gas stovetop. Seems to heat up faster andmore evenly. That said, the left side gets warmer than the right side.. probably makes better contact w/ the heating elements. I use a thermal thermometer so it's not an issue for me anyway, I keep a close eye on the actual surface temperature. Works great for bacon, hot dogs, pancakes, etc. Fried eggs work well too.. scrambled, well they get everywhere. really like it, and again, no non-stick nonsense here. Just season/cure the cast iron properly and it will last a long time. (i.e. read the instructions so you know how to properly care for cast iron)

So far, I've used this griddle for scrambled eggs, pancakes, bacon, breakfast sausages, hashbrowns, peppers and a few other random cooking tasks. I do burgers, steaks, etc on an actual bbq grill outside, but this winter I will do burgers on this indoors and pray that I don't set off any smoke alarms. I'm very happy overall with the product. It gets plenty hot enough to do anything you could want out of a kitchen top griddle that doesn't run on propane or require a 220 volt plug. The best thing about this griddle is the substantial / heavy cast iron surface. It isn't mirror smooth and has a slight texture to it, but for the most part, I've had really no issues with things sticking. It seems to have come with a bit of a seasoning out of the box, it's not bare metal like a new lodge skillet typically is. My soon to be son in law tried making scrambled eggs on this last week and there was a bit of an issue with the eggs sticking 'slightly' but I think that was user error on his part. As with all things cast iron there is a proper cooking method that minimizes sticking... primarily get it hot first, and don't use an excessive amount of oil. Unlike my cast iron skillets, I have not worried too much about the seasoning of the cast iron, when done cooking I scrape off any residual food with a metal spatula in the sink while running hot water over it. I'll use the scrubby side of my sponge, no worries. This thing could stop a bullet and I'm not being delicate with it. I usually heat it up after washing it down just to prevent rust and get all water burned off of it. I then cover the top with plastic wrap if it isn't going to be used for a while.. maybe that step is overkill but it has worked to keep this thing spotless, and ready to rock at a moments notice. Don't leave the cast iron part in your sink all day or anything, I'm sure you will get rust spots. 4 stars is because it doesn't heat completely evenly, there are some minimal 'hot spots' I'm not sure if it's possible to avoid this entirely with any of the electric ones. This is probably the best option on the market for me. I will not buy anything that gets this hot with a synthetic 'non-stick' coating. I want this thing to last 20 years, not 3, and I think it will. I wish I could give 4.5 stars. I'm finicky with the 5 star reviews.
