Great product for what it does, but it doesn't do it well for long. Once it's unplugged after use, clicking would still occur. Found out a few days ago one of the handles cracked down the middle. Still struggling to get the warranty I paid for to accept the claim due to the system not bringing the item up.

Love the convenience of this. But it stopped working after 5 months, won't heat up. I do not recommend

This is great! I actually bought this to use when camping but it’s so handy that I’ve used it in our home! Cooks great and so easy to clean!

It offers for cooking different types of meals . The design is compact, which is great for saving space.I was surprised to find that the griddle came with gloves included inside the box!

I was in the market for a skillet and although this one was slightly smaller than I was looking for, I liked the concept of the different attachments/trays so I chose it instead of the traditional flat only skillet. The pieces are also dishwasher safe, which I have not tried, but that is always a plus! The heat level is accurate, and it is easy to use. We have used it often over the past couple of months - not daily, but around 2-3 times per week. And unfortunately, the non-stick coating is already beginning to peel. We have not used metal utensils with it or anything else that would cause this to happen. While it worked well in the beginning and states that it is does not contain some compounds that are dangerous to our health, I do not feel comfortable using a griddle in which the non-stick coating is peeling and potentially getting into our food.

I needed an electric grill for my countertop that would have an actual grill top, not need a lot of space, with easy cleanup and versatility. This little grill is perfect for me. I use the bottom container to brown meat, bacon, even a Denver omelette. The grill plate is divided into a flat side/grill with ridges to make grill marks on the meat. The second plate has round cup like spaces to fry eggs or make small pancakes. I haven’t used this plate yet, but plan to soon. Cleanup is so easy, Simply wipe the hot plate part with a damp cloth if needed. Place the parts of the grill you used into soapy water, run the cloth around the surface and presto! All clean and ready to store. The plates stack on top of each other onto the larger container and the glass lid sits on top. I would have awarded 5 stars for this grill if the plates stacked more snugly together for a tight fit when the lid is placed on top. It’s a close fit, but not a snug fit. Not sure how the manufacturer could improve this, but regardless, I really love this grill. Perfect when cooking for 1 or 2 people. I highly recommend.
