I think these would be great for the right birds. Easy ay to install. My rescue parakeets were afraid of it and wouldn't eat so I had to return it.

I have 2 parakeets who made a big mess when they ate so I decided to try these feeders out. The design works great and I haven't noticed any issues (or mess) with it. It's easy to see how much food they have left and when to clean out the dispensers.I personally wouldn't suggest using it for any birds larger than a parakeet/budgie. Smarter birds might slide open the bottom container that holds the seed shells, but it's not an issue for me since my birds aren't the brightest (I still love them, even if they keep trying to dunk their heads in the dirt of my houseplants).It arrived in good condition, which I was worried about after having seen other reviews. There was no scratches or chips and I manged to set one of them up quite easily. It holds a lot of food, even for 2 very hungry parakeets. My birds were initially hesitant to try it, and I did end up having to replace both of their food trays with the dispensers (they do not like to share), but they are very happy with them now.

Very disappointed in the attachment used to connect to cage. Could not screw it on. I had to dig through all my tools to find a bolt that fit. the wing bolts did not work.

It took our very shy, grumpy bird about 3 days to actually use it. Some of my complaints are probably more specific to our sassy bird than the product. Pros- It does cut down on most of the seed mess, takes up very little cage space, there’s a lot less wasted food, and there’s no more scrubbing the dish. Cons- It’s not easy to get on or off and sometimes he can push the bottom collector tray out.

These have been amazing with our little parakeet. Easy to clean. I like that the food one separates the shells from the rest. I can quickly dump it out with out having to completely take the food out. Easily refill with new feed, again with out having to take it off the cage.The water container is easy to fill and clean if needed. I haven’t had to refill it, but I also change the water out every other day to keep it fresh. I did have to bend the bars a bit to make it fit but it is not enough for anything to fit thru.

A very unique and reliable method to deliver bird feeding, I love it. unfortunately my birds are yet to try it. they tend to be anxious types, hate to try new things. But hopefully they’ll try it out soon. A bit hard for cover to stay on, but works well otherwise.

This feeder almost killed my bird!Thank goodness I decided to do a trial run before we went away for a few days. Such a poor design. This is in no way appropriate for cockatiels. The main search returns a title that states it's a Parrot Feeder. Granted the rest of the title mentions that is an accessory for Lovebirds, Budgies, Canary and Finches. However, further down in the description it explicitly states that this feeder is suitable for cockatiels (and myna which are roughly the same size).After a day into my trial run my bird was pacing his cage and squawking non-stop. It became obvious, that even though he was attempting to eat from the feeder, the level of seed hadn't noticeably dropped. As soon as I put his regular dish back in, he ate continuously for about 15 minutes. Imagine what would have happened if I had not tested this out first!Please, if you decide to purchase this feeder to provide seed for your bird while you are away for a short period of time, test it out first to make sure your bird can successfully eat from it.I cannot stress enough how strongly I do NOT recommend this product. I wish I could give it no stars.

I wanted these water dispensers to work so much. I purchased the set of a feeder and a water dispenser, and an additional set of two wagerers.I love the feeder. Much less mess. Easily refilled from the outside. It works great. My only complaint is my parakeets have learned they can just drop the food they are less fond of into the catch drawer, and so they continue to be picky. Silly budgies.The water dispensers were what I really wanted though. I have tube water dispensers that are emptied too quickly and began leaking where the tube slides into the base. These seemed perfect. They are larger and the connection is tight. However, because they are fragile acrylic, they chipped and cracked way too fast, making a mess in the cage and being a waste of money.Also, the brackets that hold the dispenser to the cage are a poor design. The pyramid shape can slide right out. Not sure how they are supposed to be secure.Love the feeder.Hate the water dispenser.
