They are too big for standard lights. I have a new house and updated recessed lights. There is a metal casing inside that is too small for these fixtures. Doesn't help to cut ceiling because the metal casing is too small.

Replaced existing fixtures with these. Old ones were off white and looked bad against ceiling. Easy to install. Fit perfectly over area covered by the old fixtures so no touch-up painting to do.

Was so pleased to find these replacements. Our can light covers are discolored. These went into the holes nicely. They are just the outer ring and eyeball cover. They do not have the electric socket attached. They are not as flat as our old ones but these look great.

Just waiting for my electrician to do his job. I couldnt purchase this fixture anymore from a Lighting Store because the fixture is out of date and not manufactured.

Why did it take me so long to do this swap out? My old fixture was rusty and the original white finish had turned to an off-white/yellowish color.I'd already swapped out all my other recessed cans with LED retrofit baffle trim fixtures, but for some reason, I had in my mind that this eyeball fixture was something an electrician needed to do and I put it further down on my lists of priorities.It's only when the bulb needed replacing that I took a hard look at the fixture and realized it's actually an easier replacement than the other retrofits.Unscrew and remove the bulb, unclip the socket from the old fixture, slide the fixture out, slide this new one in, clip the socket into the new fixture, screw the lightbulb back in. Done!I only feel like an idiot having lived so long with my old, rusty fixture.

Great price and work great. Needed to send some targets light on my fireplace and it did the trick.Got used ones in very good condition and they all as good as new. Was really simple to swap them.
