I bought my first Gopro (Hero 11) for occasional underwater use. At my age I don't expect to abuse it. The value to me GREATLY surpasses what I paid. I already found use for the cheap tripod, batteries/charger and selected hardware to record great video and audio at an anniversary party. The included case is packed with the bobber grip, chest harness, camera, charger and mounts for an upcoming cruise. The underwater housing and selfie stick seem perfectly adequate.
