Q1.Why can any of my fingers unlock the gun safe?
A.The program defaults to allowing any fingerprint or skin contact with the fingerprint sensor to open the safe until you successfully set up a fingerprint or change the default password. Please complete all settings as soon as possible.
Q2.How do I know if my fingerprint has been successfully recorded?
A.After setting, unlock the device with other fingers, if it succeeds, it means that the fingerprint has not been recorded successfully and you need to record it again; if it fails, it is recorded successfully.
Q3.After receiving the product, I accidentally locked the key in the gun safe, what should I do?
A.In this case, you use the included data cable or other USB data cable and plug it into the USB charging port of the safe for charging, this way you can use any fingerprints or default password to unlock the safe.

Works exactly as described. Easy to set up. The interior light is a nice feature. The only thing I don't care for is that to enter the code to open you have to hit the ok button then your code and then the ok button again.Biometric is easy to set up and use to open.For the price I consider this to be very sturdy and I trust it to deter curious kidsI can fit a 9mm with 4in barrel and an lcp max with sticky holsters inside.

No pun intended. This safe secures much better than the price would lead you to believe. It’s well built, functions 100% of the time, and is on par with numerous name brands. I use the code, key and fingerprint without issue. No glitches, or delays, and the spring loaded door makes access in a hurry easy.

Fantastic pistol safe.The fingerprint digital pin works great and it is wide enough to hold a single large-frame pistolThe advertising photos show two smaller framed firearms, but that's pushing it in my opinion. I was barely able to fit a CANIK TP9SF in there with an extra magazine without the hinges hitting the pistol. It's ok because it fits, but just barely. Directions are simple and easy to follow and once all is done you can even silence the "beeping" if it bothers you. The rechargeable battery life has not been tested, but as with anything time will tell. I'll re-post (if I remember) when it runs out. Other than that, it is just a no-frills nightstand safe that most gun owners can use to keep tiny hands off the firearms that keep us safe at night. Excellent product.

This is a serious upgrade from the small gun safe I’ve been using. I’ve had a gun safe with a three digit sliding lock which has been fine, but it’s not a good safe to try to open quietly in the dark or with one hand. This gun safe changes everything. The fingerprint detector works incredibly well. I was concerned because I can never get that feature to work properly on my iPads and generally end up just using the passcode or facial recognition instead. But this worked immediately and very efficiently. That allows you to actually keep your gun in the safe next to your bed, and still be able to grab it at a moments notice, even in the dark, or one-handed. Great product!12/10/24 Update: Loved this safe in the beginning, I had no problem setting fingerprints or the passcode. However, a short time later, none of my saved fingerprints worked. I reset them all. By the following day, again none of them opened the safe. I did reach out to Bill Conch customer service. They got back to me right away and asked for my order number. When I gave it to them they replied that they would send me a brand new safe. Great service. Received the new safe yesterday, programmed it, everything seemed to work until today and the fingerprint scanner does not work again. At this point, I have to think that’s a flaw in their system. However, even without the fingerprint scanner I still think it’s an excellent safe. I’ve had no issues with the digital code and of course there’s a key for back up. I would definitely still purchase, even if there was not a fingerprint option simply because of how securely built it is and it’s still quietly accessible using just one hand for the code. I looked into many other options thinking I might want to go a different route, but I’ve decided this is still the best portable safe out there. I considered stop box but many reviews mention how easy it is to bypass the code and also pry it open.
