it does its job very well, its not every day im changing strings but when i do it it just great:))the cutter is better than my plyers, the winder fit various sizes, and the pin puller is great.

Head the warnings. There are multiple other reviews. I only bought this because it would arrive faster than other brands. Big regret. I was able to replace the first 5 strings with no issues. When I needed to remove the last peg, the end that has a peg remover could not do its job. The string was sort of stuck and needed a lot more leverage so I had to go get some pliers instead. Then when it came time to cut the last string this gadget fell apart, literally split into two and there’s nothing you can do to fix it.Spend the extra money and buy a better brand. This wasn’t it. And Amazon still wants me to return it so I can get my money back. Save yourself the inconvenience of having to go ship this back.

I’m not sure what to say but I hurt myself using this tool while replacing my acoustic guitar strings :( I think the design could be better, it’s very plasticky and the cord cutter is too thick. I can’t really trim off the extra wire. But then again I didn’t pay much for it. You get what you pay for!

I love this product. It looks cheap but still does the job. You can't beat the price. I was almost giving 4 stars because it feels very cheap. However, for the price, this is definitely worth it.

This thing broke while I was literally cutting THE SECOND string. I cannot believe a piece of rubbish like this cost 10+ dollars
