This product let my dogs go free during our first walk with it and it left a huge bruise the size of a blueberry on the back of my wrist. I cannot recommend this product to anyone who cares about their animals. The nylon is literally more durable than the metal ring!

Desuper buena calidad. Al principio me daba miedo que los broches fueran muy flojos y mis perros pudieran zafarse peroeso no ocurre en lo absoluto. Aunque en el paseo vayan cambiando de lugar,no se enreda. Estoy satisfecha con mi compra.

This coupler is a Godsend. I have two miniature dachshunds (10lbs each) and one German Shorthaired Pointer. By using the coupler with the wiener dogs I can now walk all three dogs at once. Yes, it was tempting to hook one of the wieners to the GSP for the entertainment value... (kidding.) BTW do NOT use this coupler attached to collars unless you want one of your dogs to strangle the other. Or they could strangle themselves together. Use a harness for safety. For all fellow mini dachshund owners I can recommend the Ruffwear Web Master Harness, size XXS. Pricy but perfect, and you know how difficult it is to find anything to fit a weiner's unique shape. By using these harnesses, the coupler, and a Flexi retractable leash my two can run circles around each other and there is no tangling or hang ups. The swivel clips on the coupler and leash prevent this. Daily five mile hikes on wooded trails are easy breezy. I've considered using the coupler to hang the wieners in their harnesses over the back of the GSP, like saddlebags, for the entertainment value... just kidding! Highly recommend this product. Oh, and to clarify the confusion I encountered in some reviews, the size medium, which is what I ordered, is 12 inches on each side, so total length is two feet.

Just bought a second dog and soon realized there had to be a better way to walk them than using two leashes. Here's the answer. I have a 60lb pitbull and 20lb mut and it works perfectly with them even with just two feet separating them. They walk side by side and it's enough space that they aren't really bumping up against each other but not so much that they can be so far apart when I'm trying to reduce my "footprint". Such as when walking past others on a sidewalk.The overall quality of the product is just as expected and would easily work for dogs twice mines size although I'd go with the four foot total length(24" per lead) one then. Nylon is very strong and actually used in vehicle tow straps for its strength so there is no way my dogs or any other could break this(without chewing it). The O-ring in the center is welded and won't be coming apart anytime soon. The swivel clips are heavy duty and of better quality than any of the three leashes I own. In short, you or I don't have a dog that could break this thing, it's made that well. My dog will chew it up long before it will break on me. It has a lifetime warranty as I'm sure they realize under normal use it can't break.You can't go wrong with this thing and at this price it's a great deal.

I love the leash coupler, for I while I was using an old chain choker collar and two carabeaners as a leash divider. This is deffinitely strong enough for my two medium/large dogs, I have a pit mix and an american bulldog/boxer mix. I would recomend this to anyone with two medium or large size dogs.The only complaint I have is that the description clearly says that it is black in color and the one that I received is Hunter Green. Its not a major problem or defect but looks like I have to buy a new leash now because my dog had a red leash and it looks far to Christmasy for my liking.
