Take your time and practice with a piece of scrap melamine to get used to how this device works. I found it works better trimming one edge at a time until I can become more proficient.

Grabbed this to use with some of my woodworking projects if I put edge banding on them. Gave this a try and it worked fine. Seems like a easy enough product to use and the blade is sharp enough. It is made from plastic so not super heavy duty or anything but for just cutting edge banding that's not really needed. Seems like it should be a bit cheaper for what it is though. Over $20 for a piece of plastic with a razor blade is a bit of a stretch.

I received a broken one then when the seller saw my issue, quickly sent a replacement. This one had no issues with it and worked as expected. Thanks for making it right and it's exactly what I want from a seller, someone willing to support their product even if it wasn't their fault on the problem.

This is such a simple design, and it works. The compression tubes have a tiny o-ring and are packed with petroleum jelly. Hand pressure glides the unit over one or both edges of applied banding and the blades slice away the overhanging excess. It’s a handy little tool for your woodworking trim kit.

This little tool saves me time. I build with plywood and use edge banding alot. This product cuts the edges off so I don't have to sand them down. Love it! I'd get this again, no questions asked.

Much nicer then using a utility knife. Makes quick work of trimming. Definitely worth the investment.
