LOVE! Great for pancakes, French toast, grilled cheese. Roomy, cooks evenly, easy to clean. Well worth the price. Much better quality than Tfal!

We used this for the first time today to make pancakes and were quite pleased with the results. We purchased this item as a replacement griddle for an old Teflon flat pan, which was worn and showed signs of numerous scratches and marks. Hopefully we did not ingest too much Teflon over the years. This griddle pan is well made and feels good in your hands. The pan worked great and was very easy to clean after making pancakes. People just need to remember not to use any type of stray can cooking oils on the griddle. We would also highly recommend customers read about the limitations on this type of griddle, so they do not damage it during use. Besides the sprays not to use, do not wash in the dishwasher and do not use this on a heat setting above Medium. Otherwise, we are very happy with this product.

When I first received it, I had high expectations. After a few months of use and taking extra precautions so it was always used and washed properly, the food sticks and cannot be removed. It is now useless.

I'm so happy with this griddle. Nice and sturdy distributing heat well throughout. Perfectly flat so oil doesn't run to the sides like my old one from another company. Extra roomy for making and flipping pancakes!

This is a great pan that it replaced. The last one that we had had Teflon and it was starting to wear after 15 years. Great thing about this and has a larger ledge than the one that replaced. Also, the ceramic is very easy to clean as well as the heat distribution is very even when placed in the center of the burner that you’re using. We have already roasted tomatoes, Sorrell, peppers, and onions, and none of them stick. Naturally, they made marks from burning it, but it was easy to wipe off, and there were no black stains afterwards. Just like brand new all over again! The handle is solid, and it cleans very easily without hardly any scrubbing. Just all you need is hot water, and some Dawn soap, registered nurse, and you can use it again with no problems. The pan came on time, it was packaged well, and once again, just a great flat pan to replace your old flat pan that you’ve become attached to. It doesn’t bend under extreme heat, and when you place cold water on it, it doesn’t to form like our old pan dead. Very solid metal used on this product. So:Get rid of it and get this one. You can thank me later. Very happy on this purchase.

With less than one month of careful use, following all precautions while use and cleaning , the griddle is not non-stick anymore. Regular warm soapy water and sponge doesn't even clean the pan since there is grease stuck to it! Totally disappointed!

This griddle pan served us well, for about 18 months. It was much less expensive than Caphalon alternatives, but generally speaking, my Caphalon pans have lasted more like 5 years, while this one became sticky and difficult to clean after about 18 months. Same is true with my greenpan frying pan---about 2 years of durability. I'd still buy another Greenpan, however. It is more temperature sensitive and slippery than Caphalon.

Easy to clean, however eggs stuck to the pan even though it had oil on it, definitely not 100% non stick I’ll give it 6 outta 10

After all, nothing is perfect. My regular pans are Circulon anodized from their top end line. I bought the 11 inch grill pan and the 5 quart saute pan to see how they work but was mainly interested in the grill pan for making batches of pancakes on the stovetop. The grill pan can make four 4 inch pancakes at a time. These ceramic pans use a coating of Thermolon for a non stick property. That product will wear over time and Greenpan does not say how long that takes, but the warranty is two years on manufacturer defects.“Rules” that Greenpan mentions and others I abide by: hand wash don’t put in the dishwasher, don’t use cooking sprays or extra virgin olive oil as those leave a residual burnt on coating, use a little butter or regular olive oil, don’t use metal utensils or store with other metal pans or utensils inside that may scratch the surface, don’t use high heat or allow food to burn inside the pan, and don’t shock the pan’s metal core with rapid temperature changes. All in all I am pleased with the purchases. Only caveats are these do not appear to be the most durable products and buyers should be aware of the limits the pans have before buying. They are attractive pans and seem to work very well so far.The handles get a bit hot on the stove where they attach to the pan but not the whole handle. The pans feel relatively thin but they heat quickly and evenly in my experience. Use on heat no higher than medium to prevent burning. Greenpan advises that once the Thermolon coating is not providing non stick cooking to just use the pans as if they are enamelware.

We have slowly begun replacing our nonstick calphalon pans with ceramic pans. Not only are they significantly cheaper than calphalon, they're so much safer. I was concerned about a learning curve or possible issues with switching to ceramic, but we've had no problems. The first ceramic pan we got was a greenpan skillet, and we had that for a month or so before our old griddle finally started flaking too much to use anymore - so we bought this. We've been very happy with both the skillet and the griddle, and haven't had any real issues with the switch. It's best to rinse them right after you're done using them, to help make cleaning easier, but otherwise there have been no problems with keeping them clean. They tend to transmit heat a bit differently than the calphalon pans, so we keep a closer eye on things and adjust the heat accordingly. Overall, we're very happy with them and will continue to replace the old stuff with ceramic pans as needed.

Bought to replace a 20 to non stick pan. This pan after the first few uses is hopeless. Everything sticks. Hot or cold oil or not. It does nothing that it promises. Absolute waist of money. Non stick doesn't work. I have another Teflon pan that is 5 years old and still works perfectly.
