Pan is phenomenal heats up beautully, easy to clean just the right size for two nice steaks and three pieces of chicken or pork chops. Browning and searing takes no time at all. The perfect pan to create great dishes.

Nice size, heavy and works well on my induction. I use it to grill chicken, burgers & steaks since I cannot have an outdoor grill. Like all cast iron, it needs to heat up before using to eliminate "hot" or "cold" spots. Clean ip is easy & comes pre-seasoned. Reasonable price.

This is the worst cast iron anything I have ever purchased/owned. I started cooking with it right away because the description said it was pre-treated. I was cooking breakfast sausage. When I went to turn it over, the sausage patties would not move. They were not burnt either. Just stuck. The more I tried, the sausage started breaking up and the bottom was stuck to new grill. I scraped the grill with a non-invasive scraper to no avail. I tried soaking the grill overnight. Nope....not having it. I cleaned and cleaned, and the food would NOT come off. I'm sending pictures of the end result with this grill. I've been cooking for 60 years and this is the worst.

I've been looking for a grill pan for my new induction cooktop for a while now. I already have several 'Green Pan' pots as I try to avoid the nasty non-stick chemicals that are used on most other brands. I was happy to discover this grill pan in 'Green Pan' range (not available in Australia, USA only, thanks Amazon!). Works well.

I bought this for Xmas dinner and they made the perfect lamb chops. The quality is amazing. It’s heavy and good quality. It’s easy to clean also

This pan is perfect for everyday indoor grilling from steak to peppers.. even perfect to get grill marks on tortillas. The pan is heavy and handle is the right size. Heat distribution was great from my gas stove and knowing I can’t throw in the dishwasher it scrubbed out. I think this thing will get better with each use.. way to go Bobby
