We originally thought that we were having problems with our glass top stove because food was burning, come to find out it was our pan that we had for like 27 years. When we took the plunge and got this pan it was one of the best things we could have done, and it's very even distribution of heat is excellent not too thick but not too thin! Seems exceptionally durable, comes in black there's no funny taste to the food, and it's exceptionally easy to clean with a simple sponge or a really just rinse with water but you want it to be sanitized!This pan is so easy to use I wish we had bought one a long time ago, also seems very durable but we will see in time!

Used this griddle for the first time today and I was impressed of the non stick results while cooking pan cakes which is what I bought this griddle for. I started the burner on my gas stove ant very low heat then gradually turned the heat up in a time frame of around 90 sec. like the directions said then squirted a little cooking oil on it and cooked my pan cakes. They turned out great and the griddle pan clean up was quick and easy and ready for my next cook. People that wrote reviews of warping are probably using too high of heat of trying to wash it while it is still hot from the burner. Don't use high heat and let it cool down before you wash it and I think you will be fine and this should last for many years. Oh and NO metal utensils!

I bought because of all the positive reviews. Followed instructions ... low heat, silicone tools, wipe with oil (NOT spray oil), hand wash ... but the oil turned into varnish and then everything stuck. Removed with gentle heat, dish soap, and a magic eraser, same thing happened the next time. Disappointed, it's a pretty pan and I like the soft cool handle and the form factor for pancakes.

To preface, I have a glass stovetop. I heat up tortillas, pancakes and crepes on this pan. No issues with warping and it heats up pretty fast even on low heat. The non-stick feature is as it says and cleans up very well.

I had a black and decker grill and an Oster, both were impossible to clean as everything stuck to them. This greenlife one is great, nothing sticks and it washers off easy with no scrubbing. The size is great. I can put a fair amount of pancakes on it.

I had 3 Green Life skillets of various sizes before finally ordering this griddle. I've read the reviews and it's pretty obvious the few negative comments are from those who are expecting these skillets to work like the non-stick unhealthy skillets we grew up with. The Green Life skillets work great if you use a bit of oil or butter in them, use low to medium heat, and clean with non-abrasive cloth or sponge. Don't expect them to look and act like new if you abuse them. I Love Mine!

I've used this pan about 20 times for making eggs, burgers, and pancakes. When it was new, you were able to wipe it clean with a paper towel after you finished cooking with it. Eggs would just slide off. But now, it seems that the non-stick finish is not that effective anymore. For example, after making a cheeseburger, some of the cheese will stick to the pan and takes some work washing it off. Same thing with eggs.Only plastic non scratching spatula's are used and the flame has never gone above medium heat, and the pan always gets washed by hand, never in the dishwasher. So, I'm disappointed that the non stick finish didn't last very long even though I took extreme care with it.**Update 12/7/2020**Used the griddle to fry bacon. I mean c'mon, it's bacon. It cooks in it's own grease. But yet, surprisingly, it stuck to the pan. And took some effort to get clean. As you can see by the pictures, I cook bacon slowly at a very low flame.All in all, this pan is junk. The non stick is fine when it's first new but doesn't last very long after that. I wish I could return this.
