Our non-stick coating comes from marble and is free of PFAS, PFOA, lead and cadmium.It's very safe.

Does it work with induction cooker and oven?

It is not suitable for induction cooktops and ovens. It can be compatible with gas, electric, ceramic and glass cooktops.

Is Dishwasher Safe?

Do not put in the dishwasher. It is easy to clean by hand, and we can quickly clean it by hand to better protect the cookware as well as the dishwasher.

This is a very nice pan and heavy.not thin. It works really good and sits flat on my stove. The handle has to be attached to pan and a screwdriver comes with pan!. Very nice!

Very difficult to find a flat stove top square griddle! Ordered this one and I am disappointed but not surprised. You get what you pay for! It is too lightweight to last long.

I like that it is not heavy, it is easy to clean, and it takes very little time to heat up. I had purchased others and they took too long to heat up because they were too thick.

Bought this for one reason, and one reason only. Street tacos. This is perfect for heating up corn and flower tortillas. You CAN cook an egg on it, but that's not what it's built for IMHO. It's great for throwing down a tortilla or 4 (if they are street size). It is my go-to pan for Mexican night!

Heats up nicely. No smell even the first time. Did as they recommended & washed & dried it before I used.Kind of light weight, I mostly either cook pancakes or grilled cheese. I just let the pan cool, they clean with a paper towel or give it a quick wash & dry it & put it away.Nice pan, good for the price. Would definitely buy again..
