I am working to avoid any plastic in food preparation. I like the 3 sizes, the largest one to save for meats only.

I love this Greener Chef cutting board, and now I love their oil spray. Have used it just once so far, but it made a big difference. The bamboo looks a lot richer. Also used it on numerous wood cooking utensils we have -- great on all of it.

The oil did an amazing job on the charcuterie board I made for my friend's Christmas gift. I applied and wiped on about 3 coats then took about 5 minutes of wiping away the extra and it was perfect and dry to the touch. My only complaint is the spray cap broke far too easily just opening it the first time and has to be held in place to work, it isn't a friction fit like most spray-can nozzles.. But I can hold it in place and make it work.

I was skeptical at first because I thought it may still have a smell or something but I was pleasantly surprised. It has no smell. It's more like you can tell it is an oil but there is no strong smell of anything. It sprays an even coat as well I noticed. So I spray it like a painter sprays spray paint. Back and forth in quick bursts. I also found out that the spray can sometimes ricochet off the board and so I make sure I place either newspapersor plenty paper towels under. I did found out as well that a little goes a long way. The first time I sprays it on my large cutting board, I thought it wouldn't be enough so I kept spraying and it turned out to be too much and most got soaked up on the towel I used to clean it. I'm almost out so I definitely need to buy more. I do recommend it over mineral oil. I've used mineral oil and this is slightly less oily but enough to do the job and no smell.

Works good, I like the ease of the spray can but it almost used and entire can to oil a large board.

A little goes a long way..... I've recently purchased a couple bamboo cutting boards and researched what I needed to keep the boards in tip top shape. Man, I'm telling you, this stuff is great!! You simply spray it on your board and rub it down with a clean dry cloth. It soaks in so nicely and gives the bamboo that new look and feel. Trust me, it does not take much especially after spraying your boards down after a couple of uses.What is even better than what I've mentioned above, this product is 100% Natural and is comforting to know it not only is protecting my cutting boards but it will not harm my family, no nasty chemicals and from what I've seen so far, there is no build up!! Highly recommend!!
