The hose itself works as expected. The barbed fittings are useless, as the barbs are flat. I tightened them down with two hose clamps and they blew off at 15 psi (super low pressure).. luckily I found quality SS fittings on Amazon that woek great, but ended up paying twice as much for the hose, since the fittings are unusable (they migh work in a 0 psi application, which is pretty much non-existent).

I use this as an inlet hose to my shallow well pump. Works fine but the barbed brass fittings on each end are too short and need to be really tighty clamped or the will blow out of the hose. I found this out the hard way by losing the first foot valve I used when the pressure forced it out.
