Choose your Grayl – GeoPress or UltraPress. Unrivaled camp filter and purifier bottles!

The 24 Fl Oz GeoPress Water Filter & Purifier Bottle removes ALL global waterborne pathogens (virus, bacteria, protozoa). As dirty water is pressed through the purifier media, electroadsorption permanently binds any waterborne pathogens. Multiple layers of ultra-powdered activated carbon then filter particulates and adsorb volatile organic compounds (VOCs), PFAS, chemicals, pesticides, heavy metals, flavors and odors.

Features & Benefits:

  • One-Way Drink Mix Valve (pre-installed) allows electrolytes and sport drink mixes to be added to your clean purified water without compromising the integrity of the filter media. Also allows GeoPress to be used with a variety of flavored beverages such as juice, bubbly water or soda.
  • Multifunctional SimpleVent Drink Cap vents air (twisting small cap 1/2 turn) during purification and protects from cross-contamination.
  • RiverFlow Spout delivers a fast flow of clean drinking water for chugging or filling hydration reservoirs and other bottles.
  • SoftPress Pads provide ergonomic comfort for nonslip, anti-fatiguing pressing.
  • TPE TopoGrip is placed on all heavy-use surfaces for tactile, nonslip performance.
  • Virtually no setup time and "fastest" flow rate (5 liters per minute). Filters and purifies in a blazing fast 8 seconds.
  • BPA-FREE Polypropylene #5 bottle withstands drop tests up to 6 ft (at full capacity) & disassembles for easy cleaning.
  • Replaceable Filter & Purifier Cartridge rated for 300 cycles (or 3 yrs have elapsed since first use).

I used it on a trip to Canada with a group of scouts. It turned out that my geo press was the only water filter we had for 12 people on our overnighter in the back country. We could have boiled our water but pressing was so much faster and you can drink it right away. After about 20 presses it did slow down a bit but continued to work. After 40-50 presses in about 6 hours it it really slowed down but still worked.Press time was about 1-2 minute or so.It's now on the "need to get one" list for most of the adults and scouts.Suggestions carry a spares filter but at $30 a pop make sure you maximize it's life span.

So I bought this entirely for the purpose of when I’m travelling rather than going to buy water from a resort, hotel, or airport. I could just use this as a portable filter to fill up water bottles and other things by filtering faucet water. It works perfectly. I just got back from a six day trip and not once did I have to buy water. This made the faucet tap water taste nearly as good as normal bottled water. It removed the chemical taste entirely from the water and I was able to drink as much water as I wanted the entire trip rather than conserving water from purchased bottled. This model the normal GeoPress is on the larger end, I was able to fit this in the water bottle side pocket of my back pack with a little effort. It is also on the heavier end comparable to a half full 16oz plastic water bottle, and when full probably two full water bottles of weight which made me keep the bottle in the fridge rather than walking around with it on me full.I will also say to make sure you listen to the directions and follow the maximum fill line on the bottle. Due to the design of the filter if you go anywhere over the maximum fill line water will come over the sides. Also, make sure you twist the cap properly to vent the pressure built up when pressing the filter. There’s a small red and green dot to show line up with an arrow on the cap to show red when it’s closed and green when it’s twisted enough to vent. All in all incredibly happy with this purchase even at this price point, since the trip was in vegas I’ve easily recouped the cost of it in the money I saved not having to buy any water at all the entire trip. A word of warning, make sure you do the pressing filter process exactly the way it tells you to. If you’re like me and try to press it shoulder level down on a table it’s possible, but a killer arm workout and much slower than if done properly.

Really love this company and appreciate that this filter removes more than almost every other filter out there! Just search for a video on YouTube where they take nasty brown stagnant swamp water and filter it through this and actually drink it, the water did come out clear after that! That’s all I needed to see, big thanks to the champ that tested it because I sure know I wasn’t gonna drink that swamp water 😂The larger geopress is a tad bulky tho, and not light, but totally worth the trade off- this bottle goes everywhere with me when I travel! Recouped the investment just from filling it up after security at airports and not having to pay $6 for a bottle of water lol

This liquid container has a twist off lid and cap. It is leak-proof so long as you tighten the lid and cap tightly. There is a charcoal filter at the bottom of the container that will remove 99.9 % of bacteria from the water. If you are a hiker, making an emergency prepared kit, or travel to remote destinations, I suggest getting this. I mixed lemonade in it, I have filtered semi-dirty water with it, and it was all tasting fine. Depending on how much you use it, the filter is expected to last approximately 60-70 times. That's a lot of water. The filter is replaceable. I like the handle on this because I used it to clip it to my backpack. The container comes in different colors. Overall, I will be using this on my travels again. E.g., what if you are like me and don't like public water fountains? You can put the water into this, push the water through the filter, and have purified water to drink.

Took this “holy grail” on a 10 day deep backcountry trip. Was easy and use and allowed me quick access to water anywhere I could find it. Realistically, takes about 15 seconds to filter two cups of water. This will be an essential item for all my future hunts!

This filter is very well done. Works just as advertised, -10 second to give 24oz of clean, pretty water. It's best use is probably to filter several bottles worth and fill a 3-6 liter bladder, then pull it into individual parts and let them dry out. (To preserve the filter material)One problem I'd like to see fixed. If they added a short thread (perhaps a 1/4 turn) where the top bottle (clean) meets the bottom (dirty) then it would be much easier to carry a full bottle of filtered water without the whole assembly coming apart when you hang it off a pack and subject it to a few shocks. This is why I say fill another container, the assembly has a tendency to bounce apart when full and hanging off a carabineer.Overall, very good design that could be just a bit better. Quite handy if you have another container available.Solid, if not quite enthusiastic recommendation.

The product is amazing. Works and saves carrying too much water in your pack. But the supplier sent without the packaging and filter attached which was a bit concerning
