Changed plastic nut and saddle to tusq. Sounds like a much more expensive guitar than it is. Sustain is greatly increased. Improved clarity. Very impressed. Would buy again.

These are awesome guitar saddles! Easy to work into the final shape just like the nuts they make. Makes your guitar sound so much better as well. A nut only works on open notes but you can hear the difference all over the fretboard with a Graph Tech saddle. Nice!

Nice product, but too far for my guitars. My fault, I didn't read the dimensions

This just seems like plastic. I thought it would have the characteristics of bone or mammoth ivory, etc., but it doesn't.It sounds fine acoustically, but it does not work work well with my piezo under saddle pickup.Disclaimer: I cut this down to lower the action. (That's why I'm replacing the saddle in the first place.) So the poor conduction to the pickup could also be my fault, but I'm blaming the sound quality on the saddle itself.

Sets great and sounds amazing. A real tone monster

I took two stars off because intonation was out of whack and driving me nuts trying to figure out what was causing the problem. It sounded great until the capa was mounted. This saddle IS NOT compensated correctly for the D string. Confirmed after comparing it to other saddles. I had to file it back with a flat mini file to the traditional location. Plays beautifully now...but be on guard for this issue. Never assume.

I had to modify the saddle to fit my old Martin but the material is easy to work with. Used a dremil and a couple of files and presto. Significant difference sound wise. After adding a new nut the tone exploded. Amazing difference. Better than I ever imagined and it looks soooo cool too.

Graphtech Acoustic Saddle 1/8" Fully Comp...... Used this Graphtech to replace the original saddle on my neighbor's inexpensive acoustic Epiphone "200 something". It really does seem to sound better with the Graphtech saddle. Maybe I'm being delusional, but I do perceive an improvement in tone quality (smoother, richer, sweeter, yet more defined, fundamental and harmonics) and longer sustain. Only labor required was a bit of sanding to adjust thickness and height.
