I used this on a door, where I wanted a curtain held both at the top and bottom fairly close to the door. This worked for that, but somehow I didn't; realize I had to buy two. So they aren't particularly cheap for two, they aren't particularly elegant or anything, but they are pretty solid, certainly more solid than the super cheap ones you find on amazon.

Used to hang a nori style room divider for a closet that didn’t have a door. Mounted on the backside of the closet so it’s practically invisible, plus the slightly thicker rod keeps the curtain in place.

I purchased this and a couple more for my front door with some curtains. The rods were easy to install and fit perfectly with the curtains I purchased.

Why did flat sash rods disappear, to be replaced by these? They are much more difficult to install and require two screw holes instead of one on each end. That being said, they do the job.

Nice fit and very heavy duty. Bought it for my camper.I wanted a flat rod that would not take to much space.This rod fit the window perfectly.I would recommend to others.

I was not impressed by this rod at all and would not order another. Not only is the quality less-than-average, but the instructions on how to hang it are virtually indecipherable since it is just a series of sketches with no words. Four steps, depicted on a 2-1/2" square hang tag, which also includes the UPC bar code. Their website has no instructions or FAQs.
