Love these pans! I really like how things don’t stick to them which makes cooking with them super easy and the clean up even easier! They work well and no issues with scratching. My first two pans lasted for years and was so happy to find them again for such a great price!

I don't know if it's quality control or what but I decided the try the brand out despite the numerous complaints of it's stickiness despite the claim that it's SUPER NON STICK.Verdict: it sticks alot . If you see in my picture the 6 o clock position and 9 o clock position have stubborn stains ( from stuck on foods) that refuse to 'clean easily' . Oil no oil oil and butter the performance is horrible. The only thing going for this pan is it's durability and weight.Will not be purchasing from this brand again

My remarks on KitchenAid Nonstick Frying Pans/Skillet Set, 2 Piece, Brushed Stainless Steel apply verbatim for these GOTHAM STEEL 10 + 11 Inch Ceramic Non-Stick Frying Pans Nonstick Skillet, Stainless Steel Pans. See below:-"I use an induction range for cooking.Most aluminum frying pans, with thin magnetic discs welded to the bottom to make the pan induction-ready, tend to warp when heat is applied. They warp and develop convex cooking surfaces in the center when the stove is on. Oil runs to the edge. This makes stir-frying difficult if not at all impossible. I have tried Zwilling, Henkel, Nuwave, T-fel, and many other aluminum pans to no avail.The three-ply stainless steel KitchenAid pan with extra thick stainless steel and aluminum insert bottom construction corrected this problem. THESE PANS DO NOT WARP WHEN HEAT IS APPLIED! The non-stick surface releases food well also.The price is right!They certainly are keepers for me!"The 11" pan in the Gotham Steel set is 1" smaller than the KitchenAid's 12" pan. It will cook a smaller amount of food at any one time. If this does not bother you, the $34.99 price tag makes this Gotham Steel pan set a Best Buy. Experience tells me that non-stick surfaces last no more than 12 months before you have to discard and replace them. I prefer to throw away the least costly pan set, wouldn't you? Thanks, Gotham Steel!

When I first used these pans the food did stick to them. But strangely enough after the first use they are truly nonstick. They are so easy to clean, and light weight I believe they are a great value for the money. I do expect to have them for a very long time due to the quality and performance. Please read the paper instructions with important information about use..

This is my second delivery of Gotham Steel products. My first was a Christmas gift from my Son. That product (large double handled pot with glass lid) was stunningly accurate in its promises. Nothing sticks to the pot......not mashed potatoes not sticky pasta with cheese. Heats evenly, cooks evenly, and with cleanup so effortless, it makes me want to cook more!My brand new skillets are actually exciting to use. Scrambled eggs slid right out of the skillet. I deliberately fried burgers, where I usually grill them. I wanted to see how much they would stick or burn. That did not happen.....Yaaaayyyy!!Keep the products coming! I will continue to purchase and talk to others extolling their reliability and price point.Well done!
