This is a very well made terrine. Just used it today for the first time to make a roasted vegetable terrine, and it performed perfectly. The non-stick coating is a plus, and makes clean-up easy.

The mold is everything it was described to be. The non-stick is a great touch. I would like it if the bottom of the mold slid on a little bit easier; flipping a pate en croute was more difficult with one person but another pair of hands made it a breeze.
