As a nurse, my sciatica used to kill me after 12-hour shifts. Since using this daily, I’ve had zero flare-ups for 1 months! The padded grips make it comfy for my hands, and I can adjust the intensity easily. Shocked something this affordable works better than my physical therapist’s equipment.

At 68, I thought my stiff joints were just part of aging. Nope! This machine lets me stretch my spine and hips without straining my knees. My grandkids think it’s a robot, but hey, I’m gardening pain-free again. Worth every penny—don’t hesitate if you’re skeptical like I was!

I’m a CrossFit addict, and this targets muscles my foam roller can’t reach. The angled footplates are genius for calf stretches. Took 15 mins to assemble (the photos helped). Only note: If you’re over 6’3”, some positions might feel cramped, but I’m 5’9” and it’s perfect.
