I ordered this part because I needed it to repair my trailer brakes on my truck for an upcoming trip. Weather delayed the repair for a few days. When I went to install this part it would not plug into the truck wiring connector. I saw made in China stamped into it. I found that the male pins on the old, factory part are NOT centered inside the plug. They are off center slightly. This part has plugs that are centered inside the plug which prevented the part from being able to be actually plugged in. After a couple attempts, I noticed this issue. Being in a situation where time was now a concern, I was able to bend the male pins just enough so that I was able to get the part to plug in to the wiring harness connector. This made the fit very tight. It appears that the part works and hopefully will at least get me through this trip. This seller should be made to correct this listing as well as compensate buyers for the misleading, incorrect description! Be aware that the part I received is NOT a TRUE GM PART!
