It can be used as a clip-on fan or as a table-top fan. To use as a table-top fan, simply loosen the butterfly screw on the fan head, then attach the base to the fan head ad tighten the butterfly screw. To use as a clip-on fan, loosen the butterfly screw on the fan head, then attach the clip to the fan head ad tighten the butterfly screw. The clip can accommodate a 1.06 inch to 1.65 inch thick structure. The fan has two quiet energy efficient speeds. The fan head can be adjusted to all angles making it so much more convenient to use. This fan has been ETL listed and employs overload safety protection with a fuse in the built-in power plug.

It is a very quiet fan that has a low and high setting and both speeds are very efficient. It easily switches from a tabletop to a clamp-on.

My bathroom has very little air flow, in spite of the meager fan in the ceiling. This little gadget attaches easily to just about anything and helps to keep the mustiness, inherent in bathrooms, at bay, it is quiet. It directs a nice breeze past my closets and into my bedroom, a small, but nice benefit. I like it.

I have this small fan clipped onto a ledge in our bathroom. It is the perfect size to add extra airflow around the bathtub after a shower, and it works well to help dry you off if you have it blowing on your body as well.It is whisper quiet and blows a fair amount of air. I purchased this model to replace an older model from a different manufacturer as it became noisy since the shaft was warped. Such a huge difference in noise level!It is a little pricier than the cheap personal fans at your typical hardware store, but the price comes with good quality and above all else it is fully disassembleable. This is super important because you can oil the front shaft and rear bushings to keep the fan running for decades.
