Installed this when we replaced the throttle body on our 08 Suburban LT. Perfect fit, OEM part, but totally unnecessary. Stock gasket was perfectly fine at 175k miles and 12 years old. Did the same job on an 07 Silverado 4.8 with over 200k miles and that gasket was still supple too.Buy this gasket over the other part number that’s twice the price but what GM calls for. This is exactly the same in every way!

OEM product and great quality. However I wish I would have taken to heart the reviews to fix my particular problem. The ring I pulled off of the 2008 suburban was 100 percent in good shape. I assume the rings don't actually wear and the old ring was as pliable (felt the same) as the new ring.

This ACDelco 217-2424 GM Original Equipment Fuel Injection Throttle Body Seal was purchased along with the ACDelco Throttle Body for my 2008 Yukon XL Denali. I figured it would be a good idea to replace the seal while replacing the throttle body to insure a proper fix.
