It works a bit slower than the old Zenith that went bad, but presents more comprehensive menus and data.

It's a cable TV eradicator. When installed with a small powerful antenna put in the proper place on the roof peak of a house you can get 40 channels. Pay for it once and that's it. I have two Converter Boxes.One on my regular TV and the other on a 1948 Philco Tube TV. Both sets are working perfectly. Thank You GE and thank you Amazon.

It works. The instructions were a little lacking but I am happy with it. Good result for the low cost outlay.

It does what it suppose to do so I'm not going to penalize it for that. The software is old and slower than what you can find in products designed more recently. The user interface is primitive by todays standards.

Weirdly and ugly designed shape, weak signals receiving ability but comes with perhaps the best designed remote control is like putting wagon in front of the horse. But at least it was designed better than the brain-dead designed Magnavox that equipped with the stupidest and the ugliest remote control in human civilization. Tested and compared with Zenith converter, immediately found missing many available channels, no matter how you adjusted the antennas.
