The door is extremely hard to open. The handle unscrewed and slipped many times. I am using a suction cup handle because the original handle is always unscrewed and out of socket?AFTER A.FEW COMMUNICATIONS WITH GASLAND COMPANY, THEY APPOLOGIZED AND SENT ME A FULL REFUND, WHICH GEDTURE MAKES IT A DIDTINGUISLY REPUTABLE COMPSNY THST I WILL GLADLY DEAL WIH FOR MY FUTURE NEEDS. We bought this microwave to replace our old one from the rv we’re living in full time . Somehow the old one was causing the breaker to burn out each time we would use it . So we fixed that issue by buying a new one & this one has been great so far . Quality is nice and sleek , stainless steel looks great , it’s quiet , easy to use and installing was a breeze . Overall recommend

I read several reviews before ordering this microwave. Several people said it arrived damaged. So when it arrived, I checked it out, and sure enough it was dented in the upper left corner. It looked like an awesome product and I really like the 2-tier feature, but the shipping box was so flimsy, that I didn't even want to try to order a replacement. I opened it up as soon as I got it and saw no damage to I bought this for a new home I was buying and hadn't checked it to see if it was working during the Amazon 30 day period. Finally got the house 2 months later. Unboxed it paid an electrician to help me install it, and remove old one. Got it hooked up turned on the breaker and heard some beeps and light on the inside of microwave was on. Called customer support they said the child lock was on, and to hold stop off button for 30 seconds. Nope that wasn't it. Tried turning off the breaker 3x. That didn't work. Tried to push the preference button to see if child lock was on, Nope. Light is still on inside. Pushed 1min on pad pressed start still won't start. Emailed support they turned it over to their engineering team that was 4 days ago , nothing back from engineering team. So I see Lowes sells the same one. If I don't hear back from the engineering team soon I will buy a different brand from a brick and Mortar. Do yourself a favor and do the same at least you can check if something works right in the store. Would give this a zero, but at least someone talked to me from there customer support.Update. 4 months after purchase they sent me a new on even though after 90 days they didn't have to, by their return policy. They told me to just throw away the defective unit. So at least I did have to pay shipping to return it. Will be doing business with them again since they honor their products.

Very happy with this product, even tho, I ordered it by mistake... lol seems to work great... love the way it tells me my food or beverage is "good" when it's done! Haha would definitely ordered again if or when needed! Shipping was also a plus. Came super quick...

The assembly was easy except for the fact the top cabinet template does not allow for the bulge on the back of the unit, so the front holes were drilled about 1/8" too far from the front.It is time consuming finding the error and correcting it. Fortunately. I had some large washers suitable to deal with the larger holes.I can still provide 5 stars as it has proven to be a good unit.

When the handy man arrived to instal microwave he found a dent in upper right side. First I would advise anyone who purchase a product and is going to have it installed to open package and inspect product. It would have saved me a big headache. The company did make good on the dent. I would say their mistake although it wasn't A mistake. This product was shipped back from another customer and the company turned around and shipped it to me. Not a good thing to do. They r to return $50. I will let u know if that happens. I had to jump a few hoops for them to make the offer. The last thing I sent them was a screen shot of another person saying they returned item with dent. That being said the product works very nicely. It is easy to use. Have to get used to the power. Its the difference between a small engine care and a big engine. There is a card board cover on the inside on the right side. Keep that there. Its to keep it from short circuiting. The fan is strong and there are two speeds. Last it is a lot quieter than my last one. I have only used the microwave six days, so far it runs good. I would definitely recommend it. Just be sure to take it out of the box and check it thoroughly.
