Got the GPS in short order. However the Suction cup Ball mount did not fit GPs or be installed in perma mount. Just needed a replacement. But my only option was to send everything back for a refund. How hard is it to send me the correct mount?Keeping it and now have to order the correct mount($$) to use this. I repeat, How difficult is it to send a replacement?

Its very strong and durable. Dropped it couple of time but still feels like brand new. No need to put extra protectors or covers. GPS audio is excellent. Never glitches, even on long routes, staying on for days. Loved it
