This stuff is great to work with as far as putting it down. The cut length, the packaging, all that are great. The problem is a bit point of putting down this stuff is to suppress weeds. Imagine my shock when the whole area I used it on started filling in with wheat thick as a lawn. If they can sort out the seed problem this will be a great product, but baring that I'd probably avoid it and use something else.

I won't use any other kind of mulch in my garden. As a mulch, it functions excellent in retaining moisture. Very clean and GREAT looking in the garden. Smaller chopped pieces made it very easy to spread a handful at a time and it without waste. It goes a much longer way than I expected so I still have two bags left. Did a few blades pop up from seed? Yes, but not much and it pulls out easily. For the most part, seed free. Only issue is the bunnies loved it enough to start nests under my Zucchini plants! URGH but not the fault of this product. Even they think it's wonderful!

Packaged well in cardboard box, so no mess upon delivery. The best garden straw on the market IMHO. Wouldn't hesitate to purchase again.

It is good clean straw with no pests hiding waiting to surprise you. There are a few viable seeds mixed in but they aren't that troublesome to remove.

Not seed free straw-one week after I used this in my raised bed garden, I had weeds growing everywhere.

Much better price than I’ve seen on other sites for the same product. Light and fluffy but didn’t blow away during recent storm . Glad I bout the 4 pack
