Two out of the four carts or casters bent while moving a medium sized cabinet. When we moved from carpet to hardwood the 1/2 inch transition bent this thing like a child's toy.Lucky for me my son was on the other side and was able to catch this before it fell over. We ended up carrying it ourselves. It's not heavy it's just mostly glass and i was trying to be careful.

3800lbs is not even remotely accurate. I set them under an 800lb safe and they bent nearly in half. The pry bar also folded while trying to get them under the safe. After beating them back into shape, I was able to gently place them under the safe using my own pry bar and slide it on super flat concrete but I know they would fail if a bump was hit.

so much easy to move around rather than using sliders or more people to pick up heavy items . the wheels move nice and easy . better than a stand dolly as you can set each unit on each corner of the item your trying to move. no matter how big they item is! comes with a carry case and glovers which is a nice added bonus .

Meets its general purpose but could be much better. The wheel locking mechanisms are not very strong. I would not count on them to hold if you need to pause on an incline. Also, it doesn't have any safety tow tie-downs. When moving a washing machine, one of the four rollers pads would lose contact with the machine base and "roll away', leaving only 3 roller pads to support the load. A real safety dilemma. Unfortunately most of these devices have the same design flaw.

I bought it to move a large bunk bed, it was extremely helpful and saved my back. The wheels rotate easily and it is very sturdy. Great value!

I bought this to move my 650 pound safe by myself. It rolled very easily on my concrete floor. The only problem I had was keeping the dollies under the safe when the floor was uneven. Had it not been for having to move it a foot and check all the dollies, I could have moved it in less than a minute. The prybar lifted the safe just fine after I removed everything in the safe. I estimate I removed about 500 pounds. The dollies should hold 3,800 pounds, but the prybar won't lift it. I tried and it felt like the prybar was going to bend. The safe sets flat on the floor. I had to lift one end and put a 2X4 under it and then lift the other end to put the dollies on. I then went back to the 2X4 end and easily installed the other dollies. I reversed the process to remove the dollies.

The lift bar is quite small, only 2 feet long. It does not lift item high enough to put the casters under it. You can not put the lift bar on a block of wood or on the blocks included because then the angle is wrong and it just slips out. We ended up using a spud bar. The casters are heavy duty and holding our upright piano well.
