CARRIE A CATALAN

I have used similar items in the past after my cats had surgery. The vet's office did not place this on my cat right after their surgery, so when I tried to put it on when we got home, the cat was having none of it. I suggest trying the suit on the cat before surgery to see how they respond and if it fits appropriately. When you order items online, you may need to find out if it will fit or stay on. I suggest buying a few different sizes if you have multiple cats (like I do) and see which one fits them before putting it on after surgery. These are way better options than using a cone on their head.

FYI: These cat suits help your pet avoid self-injury after a surgery, during itchy experiences, etc.WINS: Comfortable enough for our cat. Far better than using an e-collar (aka lampshade collar). The size guide on the listing is mostly accurate.FAILS: The velcro binding strip may be too cumbersome for some cats.FINAL GRADE: A-Great quality, good feel, secure fit.

My cat was at the high end for the suit and she was able to wiggle out because of it. The velcro is sturdy though.

This recovery suit looks nice but the velcro in the behind area is to big which makes it very uncomfortable for my cat to use the litter. Those velcro pieces are extremely large pieces compared to other suits I have purchased.

This is cute. It fit my cat a little bit long. The fit elsewhere was a good fit. I don’t care as much for the Velcro on the behind area. It just fit different on my cat. It seems long and then when I had gotten the straps on, it didn’t allow enough room for her to pee. And then she somehow had gotten her back leg stuck inside. She ended up peeing on it and then somehow managed to get herself out of the outfit.

Very happy with the quality and the material on this one piece suit with Velcro end tabs. I use this on my 5 pound Chihuahua. I use this to help keep a small diaper on him without him pulling it off. This is very helpful to me around the house and also keeps him slightly warm because he’s very small and always chilly. The quality of the Velcro is very good and it is simple to get this on him. I simply slip it over his head, put his feet in the front holes and press the two Velcro tabs together in the back. This washes very well.. He is very comfortable in this and the quality for this price is very good!

Our cat had surgery due to eating something she wasn't suppose to. This suit gave us the opportunity to put her in something else to not have the dreaded cone.

My cat has sat glaring at me for hours, but with this surgery suit she is unable to lick her spay surgery area and doesn't need to wear a cone. This surgery suit fits my cat well.
