Stopped the cold air from getting in, stopped rain, stopped bugs from getting in. Is strong and easy to install into even a steel door. Worth the money. Will save money on utilities.

I predrilled holes in the metal door. Easy install with screws provided. Needed to trim off a little at each end. Working great so far. This is temporary until I get my new door next year.If you need a breeze stopper this is a really economic way to end the cold weather interloping⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️💯

I got this as a replacement for the sweep that came with my storm door. The original one was all plastic and eventually cracked and broke off. This Frost King sweep is very well made, and looks great on my storm door. I did have to trim it, as my storm door measured 35” wide, but it was easy to do, and looks great. Also makes a much better weather seal than the original unit.

I had noticed quite a lot of draft coming in from my back door, and after doing some comparisons I settled on this sweep. Drilling into the door was not a concern for me, and I preferred the idea over adhesives which may not last. I followed others' suggestion and bought a cheap hacksaw and used it to cut 2" off each side so that the screws would be evenly spaced on my 32" door. It took a few minutes each side to cut through but was fairly easy - although it was also easy to accidentally scratch the paint while cutting. I'd suggest a few layers of tape on the area near your cut to avoid this. I did a tiny bit of sanding on the edges to clean it up too.Mounting it on was as easy as one would expect, line it up and drill - done in 1 minute.The door now seals completely against the threshold and the draft has been completely eliminated.$10 well spent and it seems like it'll be much more durable than the pure vinyl/adhesive style sweeps. Its basically invisible on my white door.
